As of April 27, 2020, MassHire Franklin Hampshire Career Center is offering live, interactive webinars that can be viewed using a computer, tablet, or smart phone. (Computers are highly recommended, to be able to see more clearly information presented and to interact more easily.) For August, Conquering Online Job Applications has been added to the current list of webinars. In addition, the Career Center Seminar, WIOA Orientation, and other training information sessions are being offered remotely. (Click here for more information on the Career Center Seminar.)

Please note: Those who register less than 24 hours ahead of the scheduled start time may not be accommodated, due to the technical aspects involved with registration. Resume or Cover Letter Consultations – Remote

Meet virtually with a workshop facilitator who will give you feedback on the content and format of your resume OR your cover letter content. 30-minute sessions will be conducted using the Zoom platform; be ready with your particular questions. Prerequisite: must participate in relevant webinar beforehand and have an email address. For Cover Letter Consultation, it is essential to have a job posting ready. Sign up by 4:30 pm the day before, by calling the Greenfield office: 413-774-4361 or 800-457-2603. Appointments are at 10:00, 10:45, and 11:30 am. Separately, you will receive an invitation and instructions on how to participate through Zoom. (Accommodations will be made for those who do not have access to a computer.)
