Providing quality customer service may seem basic, but it is becoming a lost art. Workshop participants will learn the methods used to achieve excellent customer service, and includes how to provide in-person, phone, and online services. Working with difficult customers and handling complaints will also be covered.

Register on JobQuest or call the Greenfield Career Center by the day before: 800-457-2603 or 413-774-4361.  This will be a “hybrid” workshop.  Please call the Greenfield office, if you wish to come in person.  Instructions on how to join the workshop through Zoom will be provided separately.
